This machine is normally placed downstrean from the filling station. After the pail has been filled and the lid placed on top of it, the operator slides it onto the continuously running conveyor.

The pail is then carried under the closing head, closed and moves downstream immediately.The closing head can be adjusted up or down so as to accomodate one to 16 gallon pails simply by spinning it clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Heads may be interchanged to close Steel Lug Covers or Snap On Plastic Covers.
