The machine uses a hardened alloy steel cone and a set of steel jaws arranged evenly around the center of the expander. As the hydraulic cylinder retracts, the cone moves in relation to the jaws, driving them outward in a uniform motion. That expanding action applies force evenly around the part, permanently increasing diameter while supporting improved roundness and repeatability.
In simpler terms, the BET-01 is built to expand ring-shaped parts with controlled, even outward force. That matters as customers look for accuracy, consistency and confidence in the final result.
